(TCS- RECRUITMENT-2016) Campus Drive Notice

This is to inform all the BCA FINAL YEAR STUDENTS that TCS is coming for CAMPUS RECRUITMENT DRIVE at 8th Feb.2016.

Profile / Job Description:

Once the students clear the selection process, they will be on boarded for the position of "Graduate Trainee" in the organization. The job will consist work on below areas:

• IT Service Desk
• IT Testing
• Infrastructure Development and support
• IT Software development, testing and support

Compensation & Location :

Compensation: 1.86 LPA

Location of the Job : PAN India

Eligibility Criteria :

• 2014, & 2016 batch of BCA / BCA / B.Sc.(Physics ,Mathematics, Electronic, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Application, Information Technology)
• Consistent 50% and above marks in all academics courses ( X / XII / Diploma / UG). Average to be calculated by adding up all the marks mentioned in the mark sheet.
• Only full-time courses  are eligible (Part-time / Correspondence / Distance education / Open School are not eligible)
• 12th should be completed in either science stream or Commerce with Maths or Statistics.
• Education Gap should not be more than 2 session / 2 years in total
• No current backlog for 2014 & 2015 Passouts and upto 2 current backlogs are allowed for 2016 passouts
• Not more than 3 years of work experience

Process & Steps for Registration:

There will be 3 rounds in the process; Online test, Interviews and Document verification. Post this offer letters will be given to the students.

Last Date of Registration is 23-01-2016.

How will the students apply for the campus drive?

Students need to follow the below mentioned steps to apply for the drive:

a)    Log on to the NextStep portal using the following link: https://nextstep.tcs.com.

b)    Choose IT and then Click on the tab ‘register here’.

c)    Click ‘Off Campus Applicant’ to fill and submit the registration form.

d)    Students can choose “Others” in institute name and then manually feed institute name.

e)    DT Ref ID will be displayed on the screen immediately on submission of the form. The candidate will also receive his/her CT Ref ID and password on his registered email Id after the form has been submitted.

f)     The candidates then are required to complete their application form via “Edit application form”. Once completed they are required to check the status of their application form via “Check my status”, the status should be application received.

g)    All the students should have a “DT” reference number with them for appearing in the drive.
