Department of Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE)
Electronics engineers are responsible for development in a wide range of technologies from portable digital music players to the hi-tech Global positioning systems (GPS), which can continuously track and help locate anything, anywhere across the globe. Electronics engineers design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacture of electronic equipment’s such as broadcast and communication systems. Many electronics engineers also work in areas closely related to computers. However, engineers whose work is related exclusively to computer hardware are considered computer hardware engineers. Electronic engineers specialize in area such as communications, signal processing, and control systems or have a specialty with in one of these areas-industrial robot control systems or eviation electronics.
Job opportunities
There is an increasing demand for people with the knowledge and skills to design, build, test and develop electronic products and systems. An electronics engineer can be employed in various public and private sector organizations such as the Indian Telephone Industries, MTNL, National Physical Laboratories, AIR, Civil aviation, and the police wireless departments. Electronics engineers are also absorbed into the entertainment sector, media industry, research establishments and defense organizations. They can also take up teaching and research in engineering colleges in India or abroad.

Dear Aspirant,NARAINA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY was started in the year 2007.NCET has developed very well and has been recognized as one of the good Engineering Colleges in UTTAR PRADESH STATE. The College has well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty and supporting staff and workshop facilities, Computer facilities, Library and Information Center, outdoor and indoor games, and air conditioned seminar hall, round the clock Internet facilities and hostel for Boys and girls on campus.
Our department vision is to provide services to meet the growing challenges of engineering industries, organizations and society by educating students to become exemplary professional Electronics and Communication Engineers of high ethics. Our academic program and learning environment have been designed to contribute to the quality and intellectual development of the students. We are actively engaged in an exciting and forward looking program of teaching and research.
